The financial and health costs of a smoking addiction makes the decision to continue on one you cant really argue for in any sense except for the fact that as a smoker this is a habit that you relish.
After I made my list I hung this list up on my bathroom mirror and also on my refrigerator door. I wanted each day to see my reasons for changing my behavior this aided quite since quitting smoking is a decision one has to establish day by day. As you stop smoking you have to presume there will be times when you will slip but in the times past that I slipped, I just accepted failure and started smoking full steam ahead.
